Courage to invite others...

Experience plays a vital role in shaping one’s personality. When our ways are not clear, we love to listen to some experienced persons who would throw  some light into our darkened lives.
It is very clear in the lives of the Apostles, how the experience of the Risen Christ brought about newness in their lives and ministry. This newness brought in them courage to meet any challenges and challenge others when needed.
No one wants to speak against our boss (human authority), because we know for sure what would come upon us when we dare to do one such act. But the Apostles were not, because at this stage they were not worried about any human authorities.
When the disciples pointed out the mistakes to the religious leaders of that time, it was not done with the intention of humiliating them, rather make them aware of what is the Truth and thus amend their ways of life and invite them to believe in God.
As we journey through this Easter tide, I believe that our experience of God should invite others to believe in God.
So, as the disciples invited others to believe in Christ, let us make all our efforts to invite others to believe in Christ and thus shine before others as light in the world.
